About the Role
The Assistant Manager will coordinate retail marketing campaigns and ensure alignment between brand strategy and in-store execution. This position supports the implementation of visual standards, promotional activities, and retail innovation projects across DTC locations.
Responsibilities

- Support the development of in-store visual standards and point-of-sale materials

- Assist in planning retail events and product launches
- Liaise with creative teams to adapt marketing content for retail environments
- Monitor compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Support digital signage content scheduling and updates
- Facilitate communication between marketing and store operations
- Gather feedback from retail staff on campaign effectiveness
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and resource portals
- Coordinate sample and display distribution logistics
- Evaluate retail space utilization for marketing impact
- Assist in developing training materials for retail teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience in stores
- Support integration of digital and physical retail experiences
- Contribute to budget tracking and forecasting for marketing activities
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints
