About the Role

This position supports the editorial workflow by reviewing, organizing, and refining content for clarity and consistency while collaborating with team members remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Review submitted written materials for accuracy and tone
  • Assist in maintaining consistent style and formatting across documents
  • Collaborate with team members to meet content deadlines
  • Proofread articles and reports for grammar and clarity
  • Help organize editorial schedules and track progress
  • Flag sensitive content requiring special handling
  • Provide feedback on drafts to improve readability
  • Ensure content aligns with organizational guidelines
  • Support the coordination of submissions from multiple contributors
  • Maintain version control for evolving documents
  • Identify gaps in content and suggest improvements
  • Assist in compiling resources and reference materials
  • Respond to editorial inquiries in a timely manner
  • Participate in virtual team meetings as needed
  • Help onboard new contributors to editorial standards
  • Verify factual claims in written content
  • Adapt content for different formats and audiences
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Contribute to style guide updates when necessary
  • Support translation review processes when applicable
  • Monitor content pipelines for bottlenecks
  • Ensure accessibility standards are followed
  • Archive completed materials systematically
  • Report issues or delays to senior editors
  • Stay informed about organizational priorities and updates

This position ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The Human Resource Coordinator makes sure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and data entry. Responsibilities And What You Will Do:Performs volunteer relations functions by answering volunteer requests and questions.Assists in the onboarding process for new volunteers.Assists with processing of terminations and resignations.Preparing and conducting the performance review process.Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Manager of HR.Files documents into appropriate volunteer files.Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.Prepares new-volunteer files.Performs other related duties as assigned.
