Telos Media is hiring an Assistant Director - Mr. Spherical

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine detailed storyboard briefs that clearly communicate the director's creative vision to artists
• Collaborate with animators to review scripts and storyboards, providing direct and practical feedback
• Coach and develop animation talent through ongoing support, critique, and opportunities for growth
• Ensure animators have access to necessary production materials, including coordinating with illustration teams
• Monitor animation progress at multiple stages to uphold quality standards and prevent last-minute revisions
• Configure animation render settings and assemble preliminary pacing reels for executive review
• Preserve uniformity in visual style and storytelling tone across both short-form and extended video formats
• Detect errors or process bottlenecks and contribute to ongoing improvements in production efficiency
