Carat, a dentsu company is hiring an Art Director, Performance Creative - Temporary Worker

We serve clients from global offices. Passionate about creating brands across diverse categories, we manage accounts of all scales, spanning communication channels. We are currently recruiting an Art Director. This highly conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the aesthetic, tone and essence of all strategically aligned creative concepts across multiple mediums. This role is project-based, offering opportunities to work with varied clients. Key Accountabilities · Provide exceptional comping capabilities across multiple projects · Develop innovative creative solutions that effectively function across media platforms, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of communication objectives, client subtleties, and project constraints · Collaborating seamlessly with a partner, on projects of any complexity/scope/style through to completion · Conceptualize and art direct all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, storyboards and mockups across multiple projects, outputs and client portfolios simultaneously Person Specification · 2+ years of experience in the creative advertising sector This is a temporary position starting 12/01, until 12/19. W2 only. The hourly pay range for this position is $33.10 - $54.11. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with company policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
