Responsibilities
- Guide and refine the visual expression of the brand, ensuring alignment and coherence across every platform and interaction
- Support the development and upkeep of a unified design system covering typography, color, icons, illustrations, photography style, and layout standards
- Uphold brand standards to enable internal teams and external collaborators to represent the brand accurately
- Create and deliver strong visual content for multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning digital, social media, email, paid advertising, out-of-home, and print
- Design assets for product rollouts, lead generation, industry positioning, and brand visibility campaigns
- Transform intricate concepts and messaging into accessible, compelling visual stories
- Produce high-caliber digital assets such as landing pages, web visuals, display advertisements, and social media content
- Create motion graphics and animated elements for use in video, social platforms, and presentations to animate the brand
- Work closely with web and product teams to maintain visual harmony across digital interfaces
- Serve as a creative collaborator to marketing, product, sales, and executive groups, turning objectives into refined, on-brand visuals
- Partner with content strategists and writers to shape unified concepts from initial brief to final execution
- Coordinate with outside agencies, photographers, videographers, and production partners to ensure high-quality brand deliverables
- Participate in the creation of creative briefs, concept exploration, and strategic brand discussions
- Offer design critiques and guidance to junior designers and other contributors across teams
- Balance multiple projects at once, set priorities, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently push for higher creative standards and promote a culture that values design excellence
