- Establish and oversee the comprehensive artistic vision for the game, ensuring it meets creative and commercial objectives.
- Create and uphold a unified visual style across UI/UX, characters, environments, VFX, and animation.
- Guide, support, and motivate a diverse art team, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback throughout production.
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure visual direction aligns with gameplay and player experience goals.
- Develop and enforce visual style guides, asset pipelines, and quality standards.
- Directly contribute to key art assets and concepting as needed, setting the standard for the team's output.
- Advocate for player-focused design, using live data, competitor analysis, and playtesting to enhance the game's visual experience.

- Drive the creation and governance of visual style guides, asset pipelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Actively contribute hands-on to key art assets and concepting where needed, setting the quality bar for the team.
- Champion player-centric design thinking, using live data, competitor analysis, and playtesting insights to continuously refine the game's visual experience.
