Responsibilities

- Resolve partner escalations and operational issues
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Participate in regional sales meetings
- Collaborate with technical support for customer solutions
- Organize product demonstrations and events
- Track inventory levels at key partners
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Contribute to sales strategy development
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Promote product certifications and compliance
- Support contract negotiations with large accounts
