About the Role
This role is responsible for managing multiple fitness studios across North Florida, with a focus on operational efficiency, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will drive performance through coaching, performance tracking, and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise studio managers across assigned locations
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational standards
- Develop and mentor leadership teams to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Monitor financial performance and budget adherence
- Implement strategies to increase member retention and engagement
- Coordinate training programs for staff across the region
- Address operational challenges and recommend solutions
- Track key performance indicators and report findings
- Support opening of new studios as needed
- Maintain accurate records of audits and evaluations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Respond to client feedback and service issues
- Collaborate with marketing to support local promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage scheduling and staffing needs regionally
- Oversee inventory and equipment maintenance
- Drive sales initiatives in coordination with leadership
- Promote health and safety standards at all locations
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional issues
