LTIMindtree is hiring an Architecture Specialist to act as a NET Support Tech Lead. In this role, you will oversee and manage the support and maintenance of our .NET-based applications, ensuring high system availability and performance. You will leverage strong technical skills and leadership experience to guide a team through troubleshooting, performance tuning, and minor enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of .NET support engineers providing L2/L3 application support.
- Manage incident and service request queues, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues across .NET applications.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of .NET applications and databases.
- Participate in release management and deployment planning.
- Maintain documentation for supported systems and processes.
- Guide the team in following ITIL-based support practices.
- Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge-sharing sessions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in application support roles.
- Experience with SQL Server and performance tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile and ITIL environments.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure.
- Exposure to .NET Core and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools like App Insights, ELK, or Splunk.
- Prior experience in managing onshore/offshore support teams.
