Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver capital projects of varying scale, overseeing all stages from initial planning through final handover
- Apply expertise in architecture and engineering to accelerate design workflows and resolve on-site construction conflicts
- Draft, negotiate, and administer construction contracts across multiple trades, managing them through to close-out
- Execute project controls including scheduling, cost forecasting, and financial oversight
- Address design and construction issues promptly during field operations
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle management to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery with high client satisfaction
- Maintain and manage digital tools and file systems for organizing construction project documentation
- Estimate initial project costs based on preliminary scope definitions
- Solicit and evaluate proposals from design and construction professionals, then award contracts accordingly
- Establish final project budgets and timelines, implementing monitoring systems to track cost, schedule, and scope adherence
- Secure necessary permits and approvals from local and government agencies
- Coordinate project rollout and monitor progress continuously
- Partner with facilities and end users to transition buildings into operational status post-construction
- Align with facilities and end users to support ongoing building maintenance and operations
- Supervise after-hours contractors as project demands require
- Take on additional project responsibilities as needed in response to business priorities

- Capable of working at elevated elevations
- Physically able to lift and transport materials or equipment up to 25 pounds
- Frequently exposed to outdoor conditions including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation
- Works in environments with exposure to fumes, odors, and high noise levels
- Must be available for extended shifts and weekend work as required by operational demands; flexibility expected
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is required
- May require occasional travel to support construction activities at alternate locations
