Responsibilities
- Establish clear quality benchmarks through design evaluations, mentorship, and team discussions.
- Foster innovative thinking and creative exploration across all levels to drive meaningful design outcomes.
- Deliver hands-on design contributions for one or two projects, spanning from early concept through construction phases, maintaining design integrity.
- Evaluate design work through regular reviews and facilitate firm-wide peer critique sessions to uphold excellence.
- Develop and deliver persuasive design narratives for presentation to clients and internal teams.
- Build connections with design professionals across the firm to strengthen collaboration and elevate design standards.
- Promote the use of current design and visualization tools and technologies across project teams.
- Advocate for effective design processes and support designers in taking leadership roles alongside project managers and architects.
- Apply consistent design principles across disciplines while cultivating deep knowledge in one building type.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and thorough project execution.
