Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI/ML system architectures covering data workflows, model development, deployment, and operational pipelines for generative AI, agentic systems, and MLOps.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading technical discussions, proposing AI solutions, and representing the firm in high-impact engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Create scalable, cloud-based AI solutions using native services on platforms such as Azure ML, AWS Sage游戏副本amer, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Lead the incorporation of generative AI capabilities into enterprise software through integration of large language models via public APIs or open-source alternatives like Llama.
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for enhanced context-aware applications.
- Provide technical leadership on MLOps practices including continuous integration, model tracking, performance monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Assess in-house development versus third-party solutions and conduct performance evaluations of AI platforms and tools.
- Analyze emerging trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative models to guide technology adoption and innovation strategies.
- Coach and mentor engineering teams and solution architects in best practices and technical execution.
- Promote responsible AI by implementing safeguards for bias detection, model transparency, and governance compliance.
- Serve as a technical authority, offering expertise and development support to less experienced team members to elevate organizational capability.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure machine learning initiatives support broader business goals.
- Present at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops to showcase thought leadership.
- Foster collaboration across disciplines to discover and implement machine learning applications for complex business problems.
