As part of diverse teams, this role will help organize and execute business development efforts, meet client goals, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, in coordination with Project Managers, Lead Designers, Principals, BIM Leaders, QA/QC reviewers and other practice leadership

Professionally licensed in architecture or actively pursuing licensure
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect / Designer, completes assigned work independently and receives/applies general guidance and direction on new projects, tasks and priorities
Analyzes issues and identifies solutions using existing techniques, and proposes approaches for novel issues
Coordinates the work with other disciplines and other departments participating in an assigned project
Exercises independent judgement in determining how work is performed; review and approve design direction as required
Proactively identifies and advocates for improvements to existing processes and procedures
Exchanges information on sensitive matters and works to build consensus across teams and departments
Understands stakeholders by anticipating their needs and ensures work results will have positive impact
Adapts to new processes or changing assignments, and considers alternative approaches to complete work
Supports development of concepts and text descriptions for proposals/business development
Provides guidance and training to junior team members, and proactively reports to project managers, principals, and lead designers.
