About the Role
You will review and validate audio data transcriptions and annotations to ensure correctness and consistency for Flemish language processing systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate transcribed audio clips for accuracy and clarity
- Identify inconsistencies in time-stamped annotations
- Confirm proper labeling of speaker attributes
- Ensure phonetic representations match spoken content
- Flag low-quality audio submissions
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines
- Provide feedback on ambiguous utterances
- Maintain consistency across review tasks
- Report recurring errors in annotation patterns
- Collaborate with team leads on edge cases
- Adhere to data privacy protocols
- Meet quality and throughput benchmarks
- Participate in calibration sessions
- Update annotation standards when needed
- Review metadata associated with audio files
- Assess speaker gender and age markers
- Verify background noise labeling
- Check for non-speech sounds in transcripts
- Ensure dialect-specific features are correctly captured
- Monitor adherence to project timelines
