Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site social compliance audits following APSCA CSCA protocols
- Inspect working conditions in manufacturing and production facilities
- Interview employees at various levels to assess workplace environment

- Evaluate health and safety practices within facilities
- Assess overtime policies and wage payment accuracy
- Check for signs of forced or child labor
- Review facility policies on discrimination and harassment
- Audit recordkeeping systems for completeness and accuracy
- Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings
- Maintain objectivity and impartiality during assessments
- Follow ethical guidelines for auditor conduct
- Ensure confidentiality of client and employee information
- Travel to various locations as required
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet deadlines for audit completion and reporting
