Responsibilities
- Process and track purchase orders while maintaining accurate delivery schedules in the ERP system
- Communicate with suppliers to verify and ensure on-time deliveries
- Ensure spare parts inventory in data centers is maintained at optimal levels
- Track and report monthly supply chain performance metrics
- Assist in analyzing inventory levels and identifying optimization opportunities
- Maintain and update supply chain master data within the ERP
- Work with internal teams to gather and validate master data for ERP accuracy
- Support initiatives aimed at improving on-time delivery rates
- Help document and draft supply chain processes and procedures

Part of a 2-person Supply Chain team; collaborates closely with a Supply Chain Coordinator and regularly engages with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Hardware, Finance, and Accounting teams.
