Responsibilities
- Oversees data within CRM systems for both internal and external purposes as required.
- Registers individuals in apprenticeship programs and provides case management to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborates with Business Services Managers to support strategy and expand apprenticeship services.
- Facilitates the internal referral process in coordination with the apprenticeship development coordinator and manager.
- Works with Business Services Managers to maintain smooth relationships with local employers.
- Helps create a communication strategy for apprenticeship initiatives.
- Participates in sector-level activities and events related to apprenticeships, including Race to Talent.
- Ensures precise and timely data entry across all required systems; maintains complete and compliant participant files and conducts monthly audits to guarantee data integrity and program compliance.
- Uses assessment tools to evaluate participant skills, interests, and abilities; supports individualized career planning; and provides ongoing monitoring and support throughout the career development process.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of workforce development programs, including WIOA, Apprenticeship Building America, and other applicable funding sources as awarded.
- Manages the full lifecycle of case management activities for participants in apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, human services, workforce development, or a related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
- Two years of professional experience in business, social services, workforce development, or a related field
- Prior case management experience
- Experience applying case management principles within a project management framework

Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Berrien County, Cass County, Van Buren County
Other
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30% of the time between Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.
