GigaBrands is looking for an Appointment Setter to drive our growth by proactively identifying new business opportunities. In this remote, full-time role, you will expand our client base through targeted outreach and schedule qualified discovery calls for our sales team. Your work will directly support our mission to serve brands within the E-commerce sector.
What You'll Do
- Source and qualify leads based on clear selection criteria.
- Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email.
- Schedule discovery calls and free audits for the sales team.
- Manage and update the sales funnel daily.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, messaging, and outreach strategy.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in CRM tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales.
- Experience within the E-commerce Sector (Amazon).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A consultative, value-driven approach to outreach.
- Comfortable working 9 AM – 5 PM EST (remote).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
