Responsibilities
- Write high-impact code for complex initiatives, focusing on reducing technical risk while maintaining deep involvement in development, code reviews, and performance optimization of AI systems.
- Guide and mentor teams of applied AI engineers, sharing expertise in deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions across multiple sectors.
- Lead technical conversations during pre-sales phases, turning client needs into executable plans and clearly conveying technological strengths to varied audiences.
- Architect and supervise the development of advanced AI systems, including fine-tuned models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic processes, and custom large language model applications, aligned with product strategy and open-source goals.
- Foster innovation by tracking AI advancements, assessing new tools and methods, and promoting effective practices in model tuning, inference, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to integrate customer insights into the product lifecycle.
