Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, assistant tools, and automated workflows within client platforms
• Produce robust, production-ready code to transition prototypes into fully deployed systems
• Connect AI components with client data infrastructure, software applications, and operational technology systems when applicable
• Manage end-to-end technical execution of project components, including testing, refinement, and transfer to client teams
• Collaborate with transformation leads to convert business objectives into actionable technical designs and roadmaps
• Engage directly with client engineering, data, and IT/OT teams to assess system limitations and integration options
• Explain technical limitations and design choices in clear, non-technical terms to business decision-makers
• Assess new AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks for suitability in environments with legacy or mission-critical systems
• Develop monitoring systems, performance metrics, and safety controls to ensure stable production behavior
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during proof-of-concept and scaling stages
• Create reusable code templates, technical modules, and architectural blueprints for internal use
• Guide junior team members and support recruitment and growth of technical capabilities
• Share insights and best practices across projects to accelerate future solution development
