Responsibilities
- Evaluates customer requests and technical specifications to recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Visits customer locations to gather technical details and support site-specific reviews.
- Supports technical analysis and risk evaluation for incoming customer inquiries.
- Prepares cost estimates following defined procedures and standards.
- Applies management-approved mark-up and commission structures to set pricing.
- Identifies required drawings for quoting and ensures timely completion.
- Prepares, reviews, and delivers formal quotations to clients.
- Maintains communication with customers through written and verbal follow-ups during the quoting phase.
- Engages with customers after proposal submission to review and negotiate terms.
- Provides regular updates to management on proposal progress and activities.
- Creates and updates sales materials using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe, and online platforms.
- Collaborates with leadership to identify training and tools for ongoing professional development.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned, aligned with individual skills and experience.

- Travel to customer sites is required.
