Responsibilities
- Ensure business applications operate reliably and efficiently.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while addressing service requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine performance monitoring to maintain IT system stability.
- Run SQL queries and carry out fundamental database administration tasks.
- Track and manage incidents and assignments using Jira.
