What You'll Do
Deliver in-depth scientific support to current and prospective customers using flow cytometry platforms in clinical and research settings. Advise on instrument capabilities, reagent selection, and software tools tailored to multi-color flow cytometry workflows. Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations, walk customers through system operation, and assist with optimizing experimental setups.
Partner with sales teams to address technical inquiries, strengthen customer relationships, and support the achievement of business goals. Collaborate with service engineers and application teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Participate in scientific conferences, trade fairs, and educational events to showcase solutions and deepen engagement with the research community.
Requirements
- University degree in biology, biotechnology, medicine, chemistry, or physics, or equivalent vocational training
- Proven hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry, including sample preparation and data interpretation
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
- Ability to travel 50–75% of the time within the South-Western Germany region and occasionally abroad
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience in immunology or hematology is a strong advantage. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
