Responsibilities
- Participate in solution design evaluations and assess technical viability within Oracle Fusion ERP environments.
- Partner with architects and implementation teams to meet defined solution objectives.
- Apply enterprise architecture and security standards to ensure compliance, scalability, and long-term viability.
- Engage with global process owners and IT stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap assessments comparing Oracle’s standard capabilities with organizational needs.
- Convert business requirements into well-defined technical solutions and verify supporting documentation.
- Design and enhance reporting through OTBI and BI Publisher tools.
- Evaluate and confirm technical designs across all application development efforts.
- Establish integration approaches and supervise execution using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
- Assist in data migration using FBDI and ADFDi, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Examine and refine data models and system architecture for optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and carry out test plans for system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
- Review technical impact analyses and support timely resolution of identified defects.
- Implement role-driven access controls to ensure appropriate system access.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal security policies.
- Verify solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Support global change initiatives and deliver technical training to end users.
- Facilitate the adoption of new features and system enhancements.
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple regions.
- Deliver post-go-live hypercare support and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimization strategies.
- Stay informed about new Oracle Fusion ERP releases and emerging functionalities.
