Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to embed security practices into the development process and automate security checks within CI/CD systems.
- Operate and support security tools such as static, dynamic, and software composition analysis, along with secrets detection, and guide developers in addressing results.
- Perform code-level security reviews, threat modeling, and evaluate application designs to detect risks and recommend fixes.
- Build and manage automated security solutions, protective controls, and reusable security modules.
- Help define and refine secure coding guidelines and methods for strengthening application configurations.
- Enhance application monitoring by improving logging, telemetry, and alerting capabilities.
- Support incident response for application-related security issues, including validation, prioritization, and resolution assistance.
- Keep up with evolving threats, vulnerabilities, and advancements in application security techniques.
- Create and maintain documentation for security standards, requirements, and response procedures.
- Take part in internal evaluations, compliance reviews, and architectural discussions to ensure security alignment.
- Design and support tools, pipelines, and workflows that strengthen application security processes.
- Work closely with product and engineering groups to ensure secure application deployment and ongoing security improvements.

- This position includes up to 25% travel for onboarding, team gatherings, client meetings, and company functions.
- The role operates under a hybrid schedule requiring presence in the Warsaw office 1-2 days per week.
