Responsibilities
- Interprets customer requests and technical specifications to recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Visits customer sites to gather technical details necessary for proposal development.
- Supports technical analysis and risk evaluation of incoming customer inquiries.
- Prepares cost estimates following defined company procedures.
- Applies management-approved markup and commission structures to set pricing.
- Identifies required engineering drawings and ensures they are completed on time.
- Prepares, reviews, and delivers official quotations to clients.
- Maintains communication with customers through written or verbal follow-ups during the quoting process.
- Engages with customers after proposal submission to discuss and negotiate terms.
- Provides regular updates to leadership on the status of active proposals.
- Helps develop and revise sales materials using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe, and web-based platforms.
- Collaborates with leadership to identify skill and tool enhancements for ongoing performance improvement.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned, aligned with qualifications and expertise.

- Position is dedicated to the Flare Aftermarket Engineered Solutions business in China.
- Travel to customer locations is a requirement of the role.
