Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle property management tasks for residential properties.
- Process lease applications, approvals, renewals, and manage move-in and move-out procedures.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records, reports, and files within property management software.
- Address inquiries from tenants and property owners with professionalism and timeliness.
- Facilitate communication on lease terms, maintenance issues, billing, and property changes.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage maintenance requests and assign vendors when necessary.
- Monitor work order progress to ensure prompt resolution and resident contentment.
- Schedule and coordinate with service providers and contractors for timely service delivery.
- Maintain organized workflows and task tracking using AppFolio and Aptly platforms.
- Produce operational reports, update databases, and support performance monitoring.
- Support compliance efforts, including notices and property documentation management.
