Responsibilities
- Evaluate team performance and work with Team Leaders to implement appropriate actions such as training or disciplinary measures.
- Examine quality assurance reports and authorize their delivery to suppliers or procurement teams.
- Track inventory levels and weekly usage trends, recommending adjustments to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
- Create and refine reports to meet management needs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Provide regular updates on inventory status to the Head of Appearance and suggest solutions for operational challenges.
- Design and execute new workflows to improve digital integration and streamline stock handling processes.
- Lead initiatives focused on enhancing employee appearance standards and departmental performance.
- Review and approve operational procedures to increase department productivity.
- Ensure studio activities are not disrupted by inventory shortages or department operations through timely coordination.
- Offer input on design and process decisions across departments to support organizational improvements.
- Source and onboard new suppliers, contributing to negotiations that ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Address or escalate procurement issues as required to maintain smooth operations.
