Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation
- Demonstrated portfolio featuring animations, motion graphics, advertisements, or branded content
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proven experience developing animated content for marketing initiatives, digital advertisements, or social media
- Solid grasp of motion principles, including timing, pacing, and transitions
- Knowledge of current social media formats and best practices for platform-specific optimization
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Experience using 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya
- Professional background in advertising, SaaS, entertainment, or e-learning sectors
- Understanding of sound design and integrating audio into video workflows
- Track record creating effective ad creatives and content tailored for social platforms
- Familiarity with key video marketing metrics including click-through rate, engagement, and viewer retention
