Grand Canyon University is hiring an Adjunct Faculty member for its College of Natural Sciences. This online, remote position focuses on teaching a writing-intensive Animal Nutrition course, covering digestive anatomy across domestic species and the digestion, use, and sources of nutrients.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom.
- Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes.
- Respond to student questions and emails within established timeframes.
- Provide a positive example by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Zoology or Biology with emphasis in animal form and function, evolutionary biology, or animal behavior.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s or Doctorate in Zoology or a Biological Science with emphasis in animal form and function, evolutionary biology, or animal behavior.
