Responsibilities
- Develop and release Android features using Kotlin programming language.
- Design intuitive mobile workflows for financial products including payments, insurance, claims, renewals, and related services.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline complicated user processes.
- Connect mobile features with backend systems through APIs while ensuring reliability, security, and stability.
- Optimize application speed, responsiveness, memory consumption, and reduce crashes and loading delays.
- Leverage user behavior data, analytics, and real-world issues to guide product improvements.
- Implement artificial intelligence features only when they provide meaningful enhancements to user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional Android development using Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of core Android concepts and a track record of releasing production-grade apps.
- Proficiency with Jetpack components, Coroutines, Flow, and current Android architectural patterns.
- Strong grasp of mobile user experience principles, edge cases, and navigation design.
- Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and diagnosing live app issues.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quickly with high ownership and a focus on product excellence.
Nice to Have
- Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or samples of previously launched applications is highly beneficial.
