The Analytics Lead/Head will lead the analytics function at Duomo, a fast-growing Christian tech platform with over 300k users globally. This role involves direct collaboration with the CEO, building and scaling the analytics team, and driving data-informed decisions across product, marketing, and business domains at SKELAR.
What You'll Do
- Direct impact on the business and its growth
- Working directly with the CEO as a key analytics partner
- Expanding and scaling the analytics team
- Building analytics for the most challenging periods and cases
- Team management, including hiring new teammates
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Tableau (or another data visualization tool)
- Strong experience with SQL and Python
- Previous experience in Leadership positions
- Diverse analytics experience: product, marketing, business, etc.
- Business-oriented mindset
- Willingness to be a hands-on manager as well as the strongest analyst in the company
