Responsibilities
- Own business-critical projects from start to finish
- Drive growth through pricing, supplier strategy, and market strategy (Consumer domain)
- Work at the intersection of product and infrastructure, building scalable systems that power operations (Tech domain)
- Build the backbone of Picnic: robotic fulfilment, demand forecasting, route optimization across Europe (Logistics domain)
- Strengthen leadership skills in project management, storytelling, stakeholder communication, and giving and receiving feedback
- Sharpen technical skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Scale initial project or take on new challenges within the same domain
Requirements
- About to graduate or recently graduated with a Master's in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, econometrics, engineering, or similar)
- Experience in high-performance environments: consulting, fast-growth startups, or competitive internships
- Entrepreneurial mindset: build, improve, and take ownership without being asked
- Think like a builder: hands-on, curious, and driven to challenge the status quo with practical solutions
- Basic knowledge in PowerPoint, Python, SQL, Excel or alternative coding languages
- EU citizenship or valid EU working permit
