Responsibilities
- Interpret dashboard insights and represent results in client meetings, addressing business and technical questions in real time or following up with clear answers and solutions when deeper investigation is needed.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, infrastructure, product and consulting teams) to ensure aligned and efficient delivery
- Be a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams by translating ambiguous or high-level requirements into scoped tasks suitable for delivery
- Analyze business performance using Tableau dashboards and translate findings into clear insights
- Engage early in the lifecycle of initiatives to define scope, involve the right technical experts, and embed the team from the outset.
- Oversee strategic data plans across multiple clients or domains
- Identify and shape work opportunities by spotting gaps, inefficiencies and aligning them with the team's capabilities
