Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-performing team of technical and analytical individual contributors focused on automation, analytics, reporting, and system development.
- Define strategic direction and operational rhythm for a cross-functional team enabling safety and risk workflows across diverse domains.
- Evaluate and prioritize initiatives by balancing user impact, risk mitigation, operational demands, technical viability, and scalability.
- Develop data platforms, dashboards, and monitoring tools to enhance visibility into operational performance, SLAs, backlogs, and quality metrics.
- Create and deploy automated solutions for triage, case routing, prioritization, data enrichment, clustering, review support, and reporting.
- Strengthen capabilities for detecting, analyzing, and sharing signals related to emerging risks.
- Determine where artificial intelligence, large language models, classifiers, or simple tools can effectively augment operations, with proper evaluation and fallback mechanisms.
- Design comprehensive measurement frameworks including golden datasets, sampling methods, calibration protocols, and metrics for false positives and negatives.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to diagnose inefficiencies and transform critical needs into scalable, long-term systems.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Safety, and Support teams to convert insights into improved tools and processes.
- Elevate standards in technical decision-making, written communication, prioritization, and execution within a senior, autonomous team.
