Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical testing of biotherapeutic products such as monoclonal antibodies, proteins, mRNA, vaccines, and antibody-drug conjugates
- Perform high-performance liquid chromatography techniques including size exclusion, ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, and reverse phase
- Carry out capillary electrophoresis methods such as capillary gel electrophoresis and imaged capillary isoelectric focusing
- Apply spectroscopic and biophysical approaches for molecular analysis
- Evaluate particle content using light obscuration and microflow imaging technologies
- Investigate molecular stability to inform and advance formulation strategies
- Generate data-driven insights to guide development decisions
- Analyze, interpret, and report experimental results
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Empower, electronic lab notebooks, and related laboratory systems
- Work closely with scientific teams, project groups, and cross-functional partners
Responsibilities
- Execute and analyze data from techniques such as: - HPLC (SEC, IEX, HIC, RP)
- Capillary Electrophoresis (CGE, iCE)
- Spectroscopic and biophysical methods
- Particle characterization (light obscuration, microflow imaging)
- Assess molecular stability and support formulation development through data-driven insights
- Compile, analyze, and present data to support development decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation using Empower, ELNs, and other lab systems
- Support lab operations including equipment maintenance, ordering, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with scientists, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
