Eurofins Belgium NL is hiring an Analytical Development Chemist

Responsibilities

• Deliver testing assistance for non-GMP samples in development projects including process characterization, comparability analyses, and stability studies.
• Design and execute new analytical methodologies.
• Enhance and refine existing analytical procedures for raw materials, RNA drug substances, and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) products across development phases.
• Contribute to product release, stability evaluation, high-throughput screening, and complex raw material analysis.
• Gather, manage, and evaluate experimental results.
• Maintain precise and timely records in electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Examine, interpret, and communicate data internally within the analytical group and across multidisciplinary teams.
• Write, assess, and update technical documents to support phase-dependent comparability efforts.
• Offer scientific guidance for analytical and quality control investigations when required.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external process development and quality assurance units.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members as necessary.
