Responsibilities
- Work closely with finance teams, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to assess emerging trading strategies, define financial needs, and align implementation across accounting, tax, treasury, and operations functions
- Act as a strategic finance partner by guiding business teams through financial processes, streamlining product rollouts, and ensuring timely engagement of key decision-makers
- Develop clear documentation outlining financial flows, critical risks, and accounting decisions, and provide consistent progress reports to senior leadership
- Define, structure, and deploy financial controls in coordination with business and process owners to mitigate risks and support audit and regulatory compliance
- Partner with external vendors and IT teams to eliminate manual tasks and create scalable financial workflows that adapt to expanding product offerings
