What You'll Do
As a member of the Affiliate Faculty Pool, you will support a transformative approach to education by delivering high-impact teaching or designing dynamic new courses. Assignments may include leading existing modules or developing original curriculum aligned with interdisciplinary degree programs. You'll have the opportunity to teach in various formats—short boot camps lasting around two weeks, mid-length workshops of six to seven weeks, or full-term courses spanning 12 to 13 weeks.
Instruction can be delivered online (asynchronously or synchronously), in person, or through hybrid models, allowing you to engage students flexibly. Participation is based on availability and course demand, with opportunities announced on a rotating intake schedule.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree or PhD in your field of expertise
- Bring at least three years of professional experience in your subject area
- Submit a CV for teaching roles; for course design positions, a sample syllabus may also be required

Work Mode
This role offers maximum flexibility in how and where you teach. Courses may be delivered online or in person at campuses in Kigali, Rwanda, and Port Louis, Mauritius, as well as regional hubs across Africa. The model supports asynchronous, synchronous, and hybrid formats to accommodate global participation.
