Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent, with 5+ years of project management or construction management experience
- Experience in transportation engineering or construction projects, including highways, bridges, foundations, retaining walls, or federal projects
- Experience with alternative delivery projects, such as design build, CMGC, or progressive design build
- Proven track record in key project leadership roles
- Extensive experience in client management for project pursuits and delivery
- Knowledge of win strategies, pricing, and project scheduling
- Proficiency in technical writing
- Familiarity with Scheduling, Estimating, and Project Controls Software
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
