Responsibilities
- Revise and assess machine-translated customer service texts with precision and uniformity.
- Judge the quality of machine translation outputs and assign severity ratings as needed, adhering to project instructions.
- Create accurate human-generated translations to serve as reference material for model development and assessment.
- Comply with specified style, tone, and terminology guidelines during translation tasks.
- Detect and document persistent machine translation errors and broader pattern issues in batches.
