Remote - Feeding and/or Hand Therapy Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT) Part-time Department: Provider Network Company Description Our organization is pioneering advanced technological solutions for delivering in-home speech, occupational, and physical therapy services across diverse client populations, ranging from children to adults with various disorders and conditions. We excel in providing virtual in-home therapy that addresses each client's unique needs within their familiar environment. We are recruiting nationwide to offer services for clients in California, with reimbursement for state licensure! The remote Bilingual Spanish Occupational Therapist specializing in Feeding and/or Hand Therapy will provide telehealth occupational therapy services to pediatric patients. They will manage a diverse patient caseload, assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities and independence. Responsibilities: - Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine individualized needs and goals - Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings - Intervention: Deliver remote occupational therapy services including exercises, activities, and targeted interventions - Education: Guide patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence and well-being - Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans - Compliance: Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including patient privacy regulations - Technology: Effectively utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions - Continuing Education: Remain updated on occupational therapy developments and engage in professional growth Qualifications: - Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program - Bilingual Spanish proficiency required - Pediatric Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience - Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license, preferably in California - Clinical or school setting experience - Technical proficiency for teletherapy platform - Comfort working with pediatric patients (18 months+) Compensation 1099 | Bilingual - $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations, $30.00 for 30-minute sessions W2 | $43.00 - $56.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and bilingualism *Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours of work Why Join Us?
