Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to carry out airside tasks safely and efficiently, following company policies and standard procedures while maintaining clear communication.
- Work closely with clients, guests, vendors, and flight crews to provide essential ground services such as fueling, de-icing, water and power supply, towing, marshalling, and catering delivery.
- Anticipate operational needs for arriving and departing aircraft, complete assigned tasks promptly, and report any safety issues to relevant parties immediately.
- Operate various types of ground support vehicles and equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing units, tugs, stair trucks, and power carts.
- Handle loading and unloading of baggage and cargo between aircraft, passenger transport vehicles, and other conveyances.
- Deliver courteous and professional guest service with a consistently positive and helpful demeanor.
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers, luggage, and cargo in a timely and secure manner.
- Keep aircraft ramps and operational areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Manage fueling operations, including quality checks, inventory tracking, documentation, and receiving procedures.
- Adhere to all safety, operational, and customer service standards and ensure compliance across all duties.
- Halt operations immediately if conditions or actions pose a risk to people, assets, the environment, or the company’s reputation, and report concerns to management.
- Follow established emergency protocols during urgent or critical situations.
- Comply with all physical, digital, and data security requirements as set by company and airport authorities.
- Maintain accurate logs of work hours, tasks completed, and services rendered.

- A valid state driver’s license is required; a commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be necessary depending on location and operational needs.
- Proficiency in English is required for reading, writing, speaking, and understanding safety-critical instructions and communications.
