Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess and suggest optimal inspection and maintenance solutions.
- Assist clients in managing all phases of maintenance activities with designated repair centers and service partners.
- Serve as customer representative on location during major scheduled maintenance checks.
- Provide support during aircraft downtime events, ensuring rapid communication and issue resolution.
- Generate and oversee service records to monitor technical details, progress, and aid financial projections.
- Foster strong client relationships through consistent and proactive outreach.
- Establish and maintain connections with regional maintenance centers, mobile teams, and third-party providers.
- Examine aircraft logbooks or conduct physical inspections for new enrollments or contract renewals.
- Review and process billing documents in the AMS system, meeting turnaround standards set by management.
- Evaluate maintenance issues to prioritize and manage repair events efficiently.
- Carry out aircraft inspections when onboarding new planes into service agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant contracts, policies, and operational procedures.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by Technical Services leadership.
