Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding and training for the Traxxall system, maintenance tracking tools, and related service programs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of internal procedures, customer service standards, and core duties associated with the role.
- Begin interacting with assigned clients under supervision to learn their unique operational requirements.
- Manage designated customer accounts by tracking aircraft maintenance timelines and maintaining accurate Traxxall records.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and proactively resolving maintenance or compliance concerns.
- Meet established response time standards for handling customer requests.
- Use automated reporting tools to detect risks in maintenance planning and verify regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with internal departments such as maintenance, engineering, and product teams to support issue resolution.
- Identify ways to improve account processes, focusing on efficiency and reducing maintenance program costs.
- Collect and assess customer feedback, forwarding key issues or suggestions to leadership for action.
- Serve as a technical expert by maintaining accurate program records and ensuring data integrity.
- Support team growth by sharing effective strategies, refining engagement methods, and joining cross-functional improvement efforts.
- Offer advanced assistance to Traxxall platform users to ensure smooth and efficient system use.
- Evaluate maintenance data to deliver customized insights and forward-looking recommendations for each client.
- Foster lasting client relationships through professional communication and in-depth knowledge of their maintenance plans.
- Partner with internal groups to refine support workflows and product features using client input.
- Maintain strict accuracy, ethical standards, and timely responses in all client interactions.
Compensation
Base salary typically ranges from £48,392 to £63,283 (GBP), with final offers based on location, expertise, skills, education, and experience. Total compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus, performance incentives, or other financial rewards.
