Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and deliver over 35 performance marketing videos each month, optimized for distinct platforms, target groups, and languages.
- Partner with marketing, brand, affiliate, and regional teams to develop and launch region-specific campaigns.
- Manage the full video production lifecycle—from initial concept through final edits—using Adobe Creative Suite and advanced AI-driven video software.
- Maintain consistent branding and regulatory compliance across all global markets and digital platforms.
- Iterate and refine video content using performance data and analytics to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Design reusable video templates and efficient workflows to enable fast adaptation and large-scale content output.
- Monitor advancements in AI editing, generative media tools, and evolving creative standards to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operate with agility and innovation, constantly exploring faster, more effective methods for producing content at scale.
- Lead as an early adopter by mastering cutting-edge AI video tools, demonstrating new capabilities, and training team members on previously unknown workflows.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned as part of the role.
