Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering production ready AI Applications
- Strong technical background in Machine Learning and Generative AI
- Knowledge on Fine tuning foundation models and using python
- Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP
- Experience on Designing and implementing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
