Responsibilities
- Guide and support a distributed team of Machine Learning Engineers in a remote-first environment
- Design, build, and launch production-grade machine learning systems that scale
- Shape the organization's artificial intelligence roadmap across applications such as large language models, search, recommendations, and computer vision
- Maintain rigorous standards for quality, from data sourcing through model deployment to ongoing monitoring
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales functions to ensure AI initiatives support broader business objectives
- Keep current with advancements in AI research and integrate novel techniques into existing workflows
- Balance direct technical contributions with leadership duties, coaching, and long-term planning
