Responsibilities
- Develop and refine AI workflows to boost model precision, speed, and flexibility.

- Deploy and adjust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector-based storage.
- Train specialized data models to strengthen AI reasoning, context awareness, and response correctness.
- Build tailored frameworks for interacting with LLMs to improve automated decision processes.
- Run A/B tests and performance assessments to iteratively enhance AI systems.
- Work with development teams to embed optimized AI workflows into software applications.
- Create performance metrics and diagnostic tools to evaluate AI system effectiveness.
- Keep current with progress in large language models, AI infrastructure, and industry standards.
