Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize AI workflows to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability.
Design structured data pipelines to enhance the quality and retrieval of information for LLMs.
Build data ingestion pipelines and ETL processes to streamline AI data processing.
Implement and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
Develop fine-tuned data models to enhance AI reasoning, contextual understanding, and response accuracy.
Create customized LLM interaction frameworks to optimize AI-driven decision-making.
Conduct A/B testing and evaluations to refine AI-driven systems continuously.
Collaborate with developers to integrate optimized AI workflows into applications.
Develop metrics and evaluation tools to assess AI system performance.
Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, AI infrastructure, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in AI development, NLP, or working directly with LLMs.
Proven experience optimizing AI workflows, fine-tuning LLMs, and structuring data pipelines.
Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and embeddings.
Experience developing data ingestion pipelines and ETL processes.
Expertise in fine-tuning data models for AI and machine learning applications.
Experience working with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
Ability to design data workflows, preprocessing pipelines, and structured evaluation systems.
Strong analytical skills to assess model performance and implement iterative improvements.
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-modal AI models (text, image, and audio integration).
Knowledge of blockchain-based AI applications and decentralized AI.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-based AI deployments.
Background in human-in-the-loop AI training systems.
