About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop custom internal tools, workflows, and automation systems that address real operational challenges across departments
- Translate vague or high-level requests into functional, efficient solutions that enhance speed and clarity
- Support full-stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript in a dynamic environment
- Design and enhance applications leveraging technologies similar to Next.js and Postgres
- Integrate AI-native development tools as a fundamental part of the coding and iteration process
- Operate across the full system spectrum, from backend data layers to frontend user interfaces
- Diagnose, fix, and optimize system behavior in both local and production environments
- Assist in deploying solutions to production using reliable, production-ready practices
- Rapidly prototype, evaluate, and refine solutions based on direct user feedback
- Help unify internal software systems to minimize dependence on fragmented third-party tools
